Unhappy with service

I signed up my son to take this course only because
It was the cheapest online. I should have checked
the reviews first. According to my son, the test
was very lengthy, you could easily bypass this
process by paying more money. This company
constantly emails reminders that by paying more,
the process will be easier. He chose not to pay
anything additional. We were told that the
certificate would be mailed and received within
7 business days. This never happened. After 3 weeks,
a call was placed to request it again.
This time it was received within 4 days.
I would not have chosen this place if I would
have known more about their business practice.
Not worth the trouble for us.
