Buyer beware! Check his BBB rating of "F" and read his numerous complaints. As the three reviewers have stated here: everything seems fine and dandy till you hand over the cash to Jerry. Then he suddenly disappears and will not answer his phone or return phone messages. He has a nice portfolio that he will show you, but ask to speak to some of his previous customers and he will stammer and say, "Uh..well..uh...you see..." Don't be misled by his deceitful business practices. After I was ripped off by his business I started asking around if other contractors had heard of him. I wasn't shocked to learn that everyone has a negative view of his business. Concrete vendors in the SLO won't even sell to him because they know the shady operation he runs. Again, do your homework and hopefully you won't be taken, as I was. Good luck!
