Broken Promises and HORRIBLE customer services!!!!

My mother ordered 3 bras on 4/11. Her CC was charged the same day and the website said "GUARANTEED to be SHIPPED within 24-48 hours of ordered date". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! 5 days and 12 calls later, her bras are still sitting in the warehouse. My last call with a extremely rude Noreen(customer service) said, there is nothing she can do. if I'm that unhappy with the Company, refuse delivery and they will refund her money... Really???? If it took me 12 calls just to check the order status, how long will it take for a refund. (if i ever did get one).?
