My review is based on my one experience with this company to fix my water heater. I spoke with Brian, one of the owners of this family owned operation. I was very happy with both the consultation and diagnosis of the problem, as well as the service and timely arrival. Also thought that the price was very reasonable and the work of good quality. I recommend very highly because of the honest approach to dealing fairly with customer in mind, no high pressure or gouging or disinformation...only good advice and service. Refreshing to see that honest and fair approach still exists in this world! The work that was done included: analyzing low hot water pressure issue, checking most common points of failure, finding the problem (part inside heater), removal of corroded part and replacement of nipple and flex hosing. Time to repair was good. All in all a quality experience. Will definitely continue to use this company for any future work.
