I wouldn't even give it one star, but have no choice. I suggest you do NOT trust any good reviews about this office on any review site. I've been there a few times and it's one of the WORST dental offices I've ever been to. In all my 60+ years, I have NEVER had such barbaric treatment as I got from this "Dr." Charles Chung guy.... what a savage! Before I even went there the first time I told another dental office I was going and the manager laughed, said that is not a dental office and I highly recommend you do NOT go there. (I should have listened). I was supposed to go back to have a root canal finished that Chung started... but there's no way I'd let that imbecile touch me again. The clamps for the dental dam, he clamped them onto my gums twice (OUCH!)... whatever substance he was using was drippiing down my cheeks and BURNING like crazy, he ignored me. When I motioned again something was wrong, he got frustrated and started dabbing at my cheeks so roughly, as if I was annoying him. I hadn't said a word (couldn't) up to then, but whatever it was burned way too much to not bring it to his attention.
He YANKED, PULLED, slopped around like it was his first day treating a patient... and with no regard for the discomfort he was causing. I usually never complain in a dental office, as they can do whatever they want and I remain silent... but not here.
The last time I was there an assistant put in a filling and took forever doing it, but didn't shave it down to fit my bite, and didn't allow for a space so I could floss... it fell out within a few short days.
And I don't want to hear the usual "we appreciate all comments" phony remark from Zak or whoever he is... this is a very sloppy, unprofessional group of incompetents.
I warn you: DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!
