I am a new manager to my company and received a package from Direct Supply Depot containing 2 Minolta toner catridges and 5 days later received an invoice for $979.00 for these two items. The name of the person who allegedly placed the order is a current, responsible employee who stated she never authorized the order, nor is she the person responsible for such a decision. Upon researching, I confirmed that these cartridges anywhere else range from $55.00 to $70.00 each. I attempted to mail the cartridges back to the only address given with a signature confirmation and the box went unclaimed at their local post office for a month. The company recently has called me and left me messages to "resolve this issue" and each time I call back I receive an outgoing message that all of their service reps are busy, although the message sounds as though it is a free-standing message machine we all used to have in the 80s. This company does not have a website and I believe they acted fraudulently and attempted to scam our poor little company out of nearly $1000.00 for $100.00 worth of merchandise.
