Total waist of time and money, huge frauds

We contacted this company in order to obtain a loan modification. They were great about following up and getting the loan modification paperwork and contract to us. Then we paid $6400.00 and the problems began. they kept saying they were working it out with the bank and the paperwork was almost done. This went on for months until I finally contacted my lender myself and they informed me that they had been trying to contact Andrew Smith and the numbers were disconnected and he was not responding to emails. Needless to say he was not responding to my emails either. Do not trust these people and report them to the authorities as the company as well as the people are total frauds. Unfortunately I will never be able to recover my lost money but at least i can hopefully save someone else from the same loss.
