Don't even bother with this company. They never did what they were contracted to do on a loan modification. They never even contacted my bank, even though they had sent me a contract advising us that the mortgage modification had been approved. Now I'm facing foreclosure fees added to my existing mortgage, a credit rating that has dropped, and additional payments added to the backside of my mortgage, because they told us not to make any mortgage payments.
We asked for a full refund because they never did anything with the modification. We're getting the run around on getting our money back and have not received it yet.
