I ordered a 3 carat diamond ring from this company and returned the item because it wasn't what they said it was. I returned the item in the same packaging within the allotted time frame and I was promised my refund of $3,000 which I have not received as of yet. This comapny is a scam in my book. I would never order any items from them again.
