Scam Company - Order never received and no refund

Ordered a single diamond stud earring on 30 December 2018. Received the wrong product on 14 Jan 2019. I got an immediate response from David S who said he would send a return label. I never received the label. I contacted the company and David S said he would send another label. I never received the label. I asked for an RMA and received an RMA number and returned the merchandise on Feb 11 2019. It was received by the company on Feb 15 2019. All communications stopped via email. Phone calls were placed in a hold queue and then the line would hang up. I never received the exchange or a refund. Beware
