Shaun, During the holidays we are extremely busy and have hundreds of calls a day. I apologize you were not able to reach someone over the phone but we have email representatives working almost 18 hours a day to get to all emails within 2-3 hours. Your order was not verified by the bank (billing address). When this happens, we send an offline verification form, as due diligence to verify your identity. This is standard for all orders with alternate shipping address OR if the bank / credit card company can't verify the information. We have a high level of security because our merchandise is of high value.
What I do not appreciate is you emailing our best customer service representative, LOVED BY THOUSANDS (JIM) to "DROP DEAD". And I QUOTE FROM AN EMAIL FROM SHAUN - "DROP DEAD with your happy holidays message, cuz I pray YOUR HOLIDAY DOOMS YOU" . This is no way to treat someone who is only trying to help you. I hope you had success somewhere else and Happy Holidays.
