Worst Customer Experience Ever...

Let me start by saying...I have never written a bad review for any company I have tried to order from online. I realize sometimes things happen and mistakes made but "Diamondstudswholesale" is the WORST hands down!!! I have never talked to such a useless customer service dept. in my life. Let me summarize my experience. Placed an order on Nov30th/2013. Provided contact and payment information as per the website request. Received an email detailing my order #8124 and invoice information. All good you would think, NOT!! Waited 5 days and nothing, no detail if order has been shipped. Phoned customer service and couldn't even find my order. that same day spoke to Glee, sent her email with my confirmation email of my order. She said she would call me back and DID NOT. Called Glee back and she said sorry I never called you I sent you back an email, I never received any email! She then tells me The order was not confirmed because I live in Canada and need a bank draft. I said to her first off it does not say anywhere in the website about a bank draft required. Also why would they not flag it or tell me after I placed my order that a bank draft is required, at least a quick email, phone call..Running after these people to just BUY SOMETHING and looks like they don't care for my business. THANKS FOR MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL FOR NOT HAVING A GIFT FOR THIS WEEKEND FOR MY WIFE!!! Paul S

Paul, I apologize for this experience. We've sent you an email regarding your order and how we are not able to fulfill it. Since you're placing an international order, we can't accept a credit card as a method of payment. We only accept bank transfer or checks for international orders due to credit card security issues. These are our policies and there is nothing we can do about that. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
