I chose DWG for my extended warranty back in early 2009 and them off early late 2009, but decided to sell my vehicle in 2010. I called DWG and told them my situation the 1st week of Sept 2010 and they said I need to cancel my policy and a refund will be due to me. They said $1200 was due to me and it to takes 10-12 weeks to process my case. Every week after 12 weeks I called about my refund and they tell me they don't know what's the holdup. Well its been 20 weeks it's the 1st week of Feb 2011 and still nothing.
