Major frauds - BEWARE!

I am new to my current employer and was caught off guard. I did not pick up on the scam in time. They knew the exact make and model of our copier and convinced me they had been our supplier all along(lie #1). They told me that, because we had been such loyal customers, they would give us a deal on toner for the "old price" before it went up $50 (turns out toner was way over priced to begin with, so lie #2). I agreed to this. My written agreement (faxed in) did not include anything about the 3 day return policy that appeared on the invoice, which came more than 3 days after the product (so too late to return). I had agreed to new toner cartridges and they sent a refilled one. Our accountant did not realize the problem until after sending the check. Also, the invoice had come a week after the toner, the spelled out 3 day return policy was too late to be of any use. Now, not only have they taken 4 time the amount the toner they sent is worth, but they want to bill us another $600 for the "actual price" of what they sent because we are not accepting or paying for the other 5 cartridges.
