Fraudulent Practices in Attempting to Sell Toner to Businesses

This company called our customer saying they were their copy machine vendor and wanted to ship them $400 worth of toner. Delray Supply told the company that toner pricing was increasing substantially, but that they could give it to them at the "old" price. The customer called our office and said we just got a phone call from someone trying to sell them toner and it sounded suspicious, so she thought she'd call us just to be sure. I told her it's not us and that their toner is included in their copier service, so don't buy any from them. They're a fraudulent toner supply company trying to make people believe that they are their vendor for toner. The girl told me it was Delray Supply and gave me their phone number. I filed a complaint with the state also. Buyers beware!
