They are misleading and the review posted on 1/26/09 by Bart S., is absolutely true! They drag your case for months until they takes 50% of their fees and when the client frustrated for the long wait and the constant phone calls from creditors, call and cancels, they keep the fees and...... Happy ending for them but you are still in trouble.
I just got a letter offering me a refund of $100.00 after they took more than 2,000 from me. Don't get fooled because you see the BBB logo in their website! They insist in conduct all arrangements by phone and they record all the conversations but you do not have any proof of it. I insisted in having all in writing to cover myself. Wise decision because now I have proof of all the communications I had with them. The argument to this is that by phone they can evaluate the client for the inflections of their voices!!! OMG!!! Now result that they are also psychologists! I took my claim to BBB. We'll see what happen! My advice….stay away from this company!!!
