I completely agree, the bashing comments are for the most part a competitor writing to sway the customer towards their particular business (we used to do the same thing when I worked at Best Buy.) We would write negative comments about Circuit City (their customer service skills were horrible, etc.) The objective was to have folks stop going to Circuit City and come to Best Buy (guess there is not an option at this point.)
This review is to advise that with DRS's help, I have been able to settle on two accounts (in under one year's time!!) Pretty good for a "new" company.
Those are unfair statements made by Bart S. The fact is DRS is a very, very helpful company, trying to help folks out of debt. My hat goes off to DRS and the work they do!
