I worked for this company last year. Not only are they TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies) members, they are highly ethical.
As an employee, we had to get licensed by the state of FL., were monitored on the phone, and taught how to be an analyst of peoples' situations, in regard to their credit card and other unsecured debt. Most people were behind on their payments to their creditors, or on the verge of falling behind. My job was to assess whether or not they could even qualify for the program, and then help them get out of debt. I, as an analyst, could waive up to half of the fee the client would pay. And did.
I had worked for other companies in the past, and that was not an option.
I know that they are good people with the heart and mind it takes to be not only good employers, but with the clients' best interests.
It upsets me to see that anyone in this country can not only blog, but put false statements all over the web.
