During July 2010, David Frantz installed a pond with a waterfall, a storm water swale and beautiful drought-tolerant landscaping. By replacing our water-consuming sod with water thrifty plants, we will save money on water bills every month. We have now have greatly increased our outdoor living space, not to mention our property value.
