Prior to becoming a customer with DatAvo, i was with AT&T because there were no other phone companies available for my business in the area. Until two beautiful ladies walked in to my shop who were very friendly(bless there soul) had told me about DatAvo that offered 2 lines and DSL for an amazing low price compared to what i was paying for with AT&T for just 2 lines. If it wasnt for those girls who came in that day, I would of still be with AT&T paying over $100 a month for just 2 lines, not including DSL. I like to add that after switching to DatAvo, there were no downtime to my business lines and install from the Tech for the DSL was quick. He also helped and explained how to change settings for the router and how it all worked. How awesome is that? And customer Service on the phone couldnt be any better,very friendly people and fast service. I stumbled across one problem. After running a speed test I was not getting upto (2 mbps) download speed as advertised in there contract. I averaged close to 650kbps. I Called Tech support and was told that i was a little far from where there office was located and thats what made my download speed lower than what was advertised. Ofcourse i got a little upset that i couldnt get at least over 1 meg download but im hoping that they will fix this issue sometime soon in the future. But besides that, you guys rock all the way. Keep up the great work and i hope you guys will be around for a long time to come.
