Overall Happy with Real Personal Service from the US

I have to say. that this is the MOST REAL experience that I ever had with an online company. It all started with a few gaming tables that I needed for a party that I was having at the end of the month.
I had seen that DasCheap had the absolute cheapest price on the poker tables that I wanted (along with some other cards,chips,etc.) so I decided to give it a go.
I initially received a phone call to verify my purchase for my security which I was overall happy with (because it was a large purchase) and the CS rep I spoke to had a great personality. Despite me asking a few questions.
Now fast forward less than a week later. I get everything, except there was one problem. One table was slightly damaged.
At that time of delivery, I instantly called up DasCheap and told them that one of the items were damaged. I was then told to just refuse that part of the shipment back to the freighter, and was assured that I would get the replacement.
In less than 3 days, the new one had arrived unscathed, and I was astonished at how quickly the entire situation was handled.
I mean, you can't blame them for the transit issue, but how they handled it was great and my setup was in time for my party.
It's good to know that you can still buy cheap online and get A+ service from customer service actually located in the US.
