I am making an effort to share about this company, because I love them! It is as simple as common courtesy that sold me as a life time shopper. I, quite unexpectedly, received a phone call today asking about the order that was delivered last week. The man on the other end of the line actually talked to me about the lamp I had bought. We got into details and listened to me blabber about my plans for the renovated living room. I just could not believe the courtesy. I informed him that everything met my expectation and I loved the lamp. There is still customer service out there!
