1) Gemstone treatments are not disclosed
2) Gemstones and jewelry on screen do not appear to be what they are in person. If there are multiples of a jewelry item, they show the best sample, and you get the dud. Bait and Switch.
3) Retail prices are super overexaggerated for stones that are commercial grade.
4) They continually call lower grade or good grade gemstones, "museum grade." This is even advertised as such in writing on the screen. This is wrong and misleading to the uneducated gemstone public.
5) Continually say that they're the only ones that have a particular gemstone, when this is not true. You can search the internet and find the same gems.
6) They do have some good pricing, but the prices have been steadily going up on lower grade merchandise, and they advertise these higher prices as "closeouts."
