I was really worried about ordering tile online. So I wanted to talk to somebody on the phone. The lady I talked to (I think her name was Linda) really knew her stuff. She helped me choose the right finish of travertine for our bathroom, and we are happy with the choice. the order was shipped promptly and the communication was good. We are thinking about redoing our kitchen and I will definitely talk to them again before I order.
