I have a D-Link router and wireless print server in my home. When I received the product, it was missing the CD, however, when I called and spoke to customer service, they told me exactly where to go on their website to obtain the download, so that the product would work. I did exactly what they said to do, as they stayed on the line with me until I figured it out. I wish that all customer service reps were this understanding and respectful when you called them for help. I am now looking into purchasing camera's and other product so that I may monitor my home when I am away. Thank you D-Link,
