Went with Cyberpower instead of Dell (last 5 computers have been Dell) because frankly I was looking for better value. I got exactly the computer I wanted. No issues at initial boot up and everything is working great. I don't have a lot of experience building computers (barely know my GPU from a CPU) but I used their forms to post possible configurations and got great feedback. Not sure if the feedback was from employees or techies trolling the boards but I got an outstanding deal!!! The actual arrival date was about 3 days later than estimated. One small teeny tiny thing was that I changed my order after it had been sent in (I was warned by a forum poster that the CPU cooler I selected would not fit in the case I ordered). I emailed my sales guy (Carlos) and he changed the CPU cooler out for another one I selected that would fit. There was a $20 savings in my favor and I was supposed to get an extra case fan that actually didn't make it into the build I received (or maybe the fans are upgraded and I just don't know it). Anyway, great product, highly recommended. Instead of buying one of their preconfigured rigs on Amazon.com, look at their website and do your own tweaks and upgrades (like Kingston or Corsair RAM and a better GPU.
