I ordered a cubic zirconia pendant that was advertised as being set in a 14 karat gold setting. The picture on the web site looked nice. When I received it, it was not in a gold setting, and did not look at all like the picture on the web page. It appeared to be a cheap "snap set" setting, the kind of craft setting that can be bought by the bag at a craft store. It was not gold at all, but some cheap metal. Instead of a double bail, it just had a tiny ring soldered to the snap set. The ring was so small that I could not even get a slender neck chain through it. The ring was also set on at a 90 degree angle to the direction it should have been, so that even if I could have gotten a chain through the tiny ring, the stone would have hung sideways. In the end it was a worthless piece of junk. They did not respond to my e-mails that I sent them, so customer service is non-existent. This company is not reputable. They advertise falsely and I believe are rip-off artists. I can not recommend them at all.
