Do not do business with this company. I purchased some earring from them in December and paid additional shipping. They shipped my package another method and I did not receive it by Christmas. I obtained a return authorization number from the compnay and returned the earring timely, they were delivered to them on January 11, 2011. I have yet today to receive my $96.00 refund. Today makes the 20th business day. I have contacted the company and receive 2 responses that my the earring were processed as a return and I would be refunded my money in 7-10 business days, this was the response I received from them on 1/13/11. Then after more time passed I emailed them two more times and received another response that my return is being process and that my money would be refuned by the end of that week, this was on January 26, 2011. Well since then I have emailed them several more times and called, no one is responding to my emails and no one is answering calls. Today is February 7, 2011 and still no refund. I know that $96.00 is not much but it is the principal. So I have been lied to twice now and I have also filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and the BBB in that area. There is not reason why they haven't refunded my money afte this much time as passed, I feel like I have been patient enough. SO PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, I SURE HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON!! Im just thankful that I did not end up ordering something way more expensive and then never get my money back.
