I ordered a ring from Cubic Jewelry and was guaranteed delivery in 10 days or they would not charge shipping. Ring did not show up in 10 days (I paid extra for this). They did not refund the shipping charge and when I called the very young, un-courteous girl who answers the phone (when you can get someone)told me that according to their records it was 10 days. She said someone would call me back when I asked to speak to a manager (Or I could call back in an hour and She (The Manager) would call me back. Also when the ring arrived the stones are not set correctly. One of them sticks up. Because I was out of town when it arrived (that's why I paid extra for shipping!!) and they only have a 14 or 15 day return policy, I did not see the ring until it was too late. The girl said that this was their policy and I would need to call back to speak to the Manager. Do THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPEAT BUSINESS OR JUST THE FIRST TIME BUYER WHO WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN???
