WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IN THE USA, POSSIBLY THE WORLD! Cousins USA Moving & Storage sent Christopher Vemeyer to my home to make a visual estimate of my belongings. He was a sweet talker and gave all the right answers. We hired his moving company.
Today, on moving day, 4 men showed up at my door, 1 hour late. One burly gentleman immediately started an argument with my husband. He said that there was too much stuff and he was not going to move it. He made numerous racist remarks then took his crew and left. To add insult to injury, I just found out that the charge for the supposed move was placed on my credit card 4 days prior.
The long and short of it is, they should be ashamed of themselves and I will see to it that this does not happen to another person. They are a bunch of liars.
