The place is located in a beautiful area. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Michael Niccole is super friendly and explains things pretty much how they are. However, if you don't live near CosmetiCare forget the service. They never follow up or follow through, never return calls and never do what they promise. I had two BA's done in 2010. The first surgery didn't turn out the way i was expecting. I was very very disappointed; especially after preparing myself for over 7 years for this and after spending a fortune on it. I was in tiers ever since i had it done. I got a capsular contracture on one side and it was much higher and painful. No body at the office seemed to really care. After three months i've saved up and decided to get it redone. I really didn't think i would have to pay same amount for getting the first surgery re-done; i did. $10000 and 7 months later i'm still very unhappy with my surgeries. I never did anything wrong, cosmeticare instructions and staff suggestions were my Bible. I flew from East Bay to LA regularly and i did everything i was supposed to. Few things to point out: it took me over 5 calls to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, i never received my before and after photos (3 different people told me i would), no one ever returns calls, i have to call many many times. I called over a week ago with a concern about my left side, i spoke with someone at the office and was promised someone will call back. Haven't heard anything since. I'm so sick an tired of this place, this is unacceptable. No one should treat their patients this way.
