This complaint is unfair as it appears that the customer did not attempt to contact us regarding backorder status. You can e-mail customer service at any time or call 800-728-0974 and talk with a live customer service rep. We pride ourselves on solving issues immediately. In this case the customer did not reveal enough information so that we could research the actual order. As far as the keyholder being "broke", that would likely be a manufacturer defect and we would gladly exchange it at no cost to the customer.
