I had a failed power supply under warranty. Coolmax support will not accept phone calls, they offer support only via email. Paid to have then ship a replacement with credit upon return of the failed unit. The replacement unit came in DOA. CoolMax then insinuated that it was my fault and refused to answer any more emails. I ended up purchasing a power supply from a competitor and had my machine up and running 15 minutes after unboxing it. I have shipped both units back to CoolMax and disputed the credit card charge on the failed replacement unit.
After reviewing other posts and reviews of CoolMax (and Top Tech Enterprises) I can see that this their normal mode of support operations.
If I can get credit for the original unit and the cost of shipping the failed units back to them we can part company.
Buyer Beware.
