Premier Dealer Services aka Great American aka Continental Warranty would not pay my claim even though the part was covered!!!! The plan sounded great when I bought it, the salesman was very convincing and when I reviewed the coverage, it looked great. But they won't even cover a covered part!!!!!!!!!!!! My lawyer is dealing with this company now and they will be sorry.
