I just wanted to say thank you to CPS. I had the opportunity to get a car. They took a risk on me because of my bad credit as they do with many of the scumbags on here complaining about the customer service. I have had the many reps that have handled my account over the years. and Yes, some are rude because they see an outstanding balance that is months behind. If you made a promise to pay and broke that promise, then that was you. Don't blame them. The people with the negative experiences most likely forget to mention that they are 30, 60, maybe 90 days late!! My loan is almost done and my car is almost paid off. I have had many reps, and I wanna say 99% of the time on the phone the reps are very courteous and polite. I AM an active customer for this company and I can prove it. During my loan. I have had job changes and been unemployed just like everyone else has. They have more than once or twice have accommodated me in providing me an EXTENSION on the loan for my car. THANK YOU CPS FOR BELIEVING IN PEOPLE THAT DO WHAT THEY CAN TO PAY THEIR BILLS. I would recommend them if you have bad credit and need to get around and need a ride.
