Review 11/13/2007

I established a temporary bin and service pick with Allied on 10/24/07. The bin was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th with the first pick-up scheduled for the 29th. First, the bin wasn’t delivered on the scheduled date; they decided to show up on the 26th. Then, they did not make a pick up until the 31st. two days late. Keep in mind that I called them everyday that they missed a pick up & spoke with several CS reps that would tell me the same thing each day. “We’re so sorry; I’ll put you on the schedule for a pick up tomorrow”. Needless to say, tomorrow came and went, with no service, and now the bin is overflowing with trash. I called on Nov. 2nd and requested that they remove the bin all together since they couldn’t keep their commitment to actually pick up the trash. I was told that they would be out on that same day 11/02 to remove the trash and would return the following Wednesday the 7th to remove the bin, (since they didn’t have the common courtesy to take it that same day). But, once again, not only did they not show up that day to pick up the trash, they never showed on Wednesday to pick up the bin either. I call again, only to hear more excuses and bold face lies, promising that the bin would be picked up immediately. I continually heard the same thing; “you’re scheduled for removal today. When they didn’t show, I called back, only to be told “You’re on the schedule for tomorrow” I’ve spoken to customer service reps, supervisors, as well as the person who set up the acct. And no one has done anything to insure that this bin is removed, nor called me back to see if it has been taken care of. Yet each time I speak with someone I’m promised, guaranteed and assured that the problem will be handled that day. When I asked to speak to those in charge I’ve been given names but no direct lines (they lie and tell me they don’t have one) I get voicemails and no return calls. My last supposed pick up was to take place on 11/12/07. I spoke with a CS rep & then a supervisor who Guaranteed that the bin would be picked up that day, no later than 4:00. I called the same supervisor back at 4:30, and he tells me that the dump truck just so happened to break down in my area, so now they’ll definitely be out tomorrow morning. The Bin Is Still Here! I requested this bin on 10/24/07 for an every other day pick up and a final removal on 11/01/07. It is now 11/13/07, the bin is still at my business, full of garbage, and since the day it was dropped off they have only picked up the trash once. This is by far some of the most incompetent, irresponsible, abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. It’s no surprise that they have an F rating
