I wish I had looked up this company's rating before calling them for my father's business. I'll try to keep this short but I had to call multiple times because the customer service agents and sales agents cannot agree on what charges are involved with their services. In addition don't hold them to their word when they say that price adjustments would be made. Whenever I had a problem, which was often, they always offered to call me back with a resolution. However, I never received any calls back from them and only achieved results when I insisted that I stay on the line and get an answer then and there, almost yelling at times which I hate to do. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.
