HORRIBLE "SERVICE"!!!
I've had nothing but probelms from the get start.
If you find another service, GO WITH THEM, and NOT Allied! I can't tell you enough how terrible this has been.
From missed pickups (multiple in a row) to refusal of refund (which I had to call 4 times for and be treated VERY harshly to get) to their lack of ever providing what's supposed to come with an account (welcome package/recycle bin/yard waste bin) to RUDE RUDE "customer service".
ALSO, most recently, they tacked on TWO "late fees" to my bill. After calling them they admitted that they hadn't sent the bill in the past and told me they'd do me the "favor" of taking off the illigitimate "late fees" for something that wasn't even late (it's Feb 5th now and the due date ON THE BILL is Feb 25).
WHAT A SCAM!!!
It's just been terrible.
