Horrible job

I had a slab poured by Chuck and he did a horrible job. First they splattered concrete all over the side of my house and on the existing slab. I have to repaint the side of my house. Second the slab is all spotted and cracked. I called Chuck and he said it would turn all one color in a week but it’s been almost a month and it looks so bad. I have called him 5 times and left a message each time over 2 weeks but no response. Very unprofessional. Steer clear of this guy.
