COMPLETE DEBT SERVICES LEFT ME IN A FINANCIAL MESS!

I signed up with Complete Debt Services back in Aug. 2009. They promised to settle my Credit Card Debt for 20% to 40% with a 5 year payment plan. I was told by them at some point I may sued but their Legal Team would take over if that should happen. I'd see their deduction from my checking account but I hadn't heard from them in about 8 months. I thought all was going smoothly and they did settle 2 out of 6 accounts. Then I was sued by Discover Bank. When I called them regarding the Discover Law Suit every number/email address I had was disconnected or shut down. I then text the personal cell number of the case worker who sign me up in 8/2009. He replied back and told he no longer worked at Complete Debt Services. Shortly after that I got a call from a Taehsa Porter who was now assigned to help me. She argued with me and acted like I shouldn't be upset about them not contacting regarding phone number changes or for being sued. She then informed they no longer had Legal Services and I was on my own however she would contact Discover Bank. I negotiated a settlement on that law suit but at 80% plus fee's. I had a feeling I was in trouble. Shortly after that, I was served with 2 other Law Suits (Citibank and a 2nd Discover Bank accounts). When I called C.D.S. This time I was now assigned a new person, Teresa Chiarulli. She was very apologetic and told me they couldn't help me with the law suits however she would call the Bank suing me. She informed me the bank would not settle and I had to go to court and once again I was on my own. I fired them that day. Teresa Charulli told me I should be happy that I was able to pay off some of my debt and good luck with your law suit. She also told me I should hire an Attorney on my own. This is not what I signed up for!! I signed up for them to settle my total debt at 20% to 40% and if I got sued they would help settle in court with their Legal Team. I was never informed they discontinued Legal Services or given new contact numbers when my first contact person quit. From Aug,2009 to Feb. 2012 I paid them in fee's, approx.$6.377.00. When I asked for a refund to help me pay of a Bankruptcy Lawyer I never got a reply from them. I filed a complain with the BBB of Florida and I intend notify my local New Stations and write as many negative reviews as I possibly can. I'm in financial disaster due to the advice and direction of Complete Debt Management . They don't care! All they have to say is they are sorry but I'm on my own now. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! THEY ARE NO HELP AND THEY WILL LEAD YOU INTO A FINANCIAL DISATER!
