I have to agree they are a joke. They sent my first order and the they charged an extreme amt for shipping on top of that the color cartridges printed complete differnt colors than they should. They tried to send out another order which also had completely different prices than the original and once again outrageous shipping/handling fees. They take 2-3days to return phone calls and then tell you they dont do refunds. I also wouldnt reccommend this company.
