I was 3 months behind on my condo payment, mostly because my ex-boyfriend stopped helping me financially with no notice whatsoever and then wrecked my Jaguar after he stopped paying for the insurance WITHOUT TELLING ME!! Anyway, I filled out the contact form on CLS website and was treated very well from day one. My rep there (Scott Hunter) was polite, courteous and handled all the details of modifying my loan for me. My interest rate was reduced to 2.75%, my arrearages were rolled over into the new principal balance of the loan and the whole process took less than 90 days. I am very happy with the service I received from Scott and Martina Torgut at CLS.
