CLC Mortgage Helped Me Greatly!

I recently inherited a home in Encinitas from my dear grandmother. It's a really nice house near South Vulcan Avenue & Stratford Drive. Anyway, there was some sort of issue with an easement that made it impossible for me to re-finance with a conventional lender - which I desperately needed to do because Granny Jeane was behind on the property taxes and I would probably lose the house that's been in my family over 50 years if I couldn't raise the $12,000 I needed. Plus I have some credit problems I'm dealing with, mostly because my ex-bf (Gallo) put a bunch of things in my name and then DIDN'T PAY!! Well, Chuck and Anita really came through for me. They got the easement issue straightened out and were able to put together a loan that allowed me to pay the back taxes, pay my probate attorney and even have some $ left over to fix the roof. I was turned down by at least 3 or 4 other mortgage places, mostly (I think) because I'm a self-employed professional model and my income is difficult to document. Chuck & Anita made all of this madness understandable for me and the monthly loan payment is totally affordable, as well. I would recommend CLC Mortgage to anyone who is having trouble with getting a loan from their bank. Only call CLC Mortgage FIRST - which I would have done had I only known about them when all this started!!!
