Just received the call from this company stating there was an issue with the change in price and I needed to sign the papers and fax it back IMMEDIATELY! I asked her why it was an order confirmation form and the lady said NO, its just a verification that you will receive the discounted rate for a whole year. I told her I would not sign it because it was a receipt not a note.. Thankful I goggled them and now it will hang in the back office so ALL my employees are aware!!!
