I went thru a loan modification with Charlie. I was very skeptical as Ocwen (my mortgage holder) had been making me jump thru hoops for years. I spent endless hours making copies and filling out lengthy financial documents and quite frankly, dealing with Ocwen directly made me want to pull my hair out. I couldn't understand why it was that I couldn't get a loan modification if I was able to make my regular monthly payments. How could I not afford to pay less?? I decided to let C2C take me out of the loop and handle it for me. Best decision ever!!!! I am now paying almost $700 less a month (for a single family income that is huge) Charlie kept me posted every step of the way and helped me fill out 90% less of the paperwork than dealing directly with Ocwen. I am very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and reliability!! Thanks Charlie!!
