I could almost echo Natali G. (9/17/1) comment. Practically the same situation. I suffered a HUGE financial loss when I lost a $100,000 annual contract (I am self-employed). I'd already had a pretty decent modification but my payments had just gone up and were gonna continue to do so. I received a call from Charlie at C2C. Usually I don't answer solicitations, but this one was so very timely, that I listened, and by am I glad I did. Loooong story short, Charlie and then Mike at C2C SAVED THE DAY!!! I'd attempted to modify the loan myself with Ocwen but no luck - surprise, surprise, right? Charlie and then Mike stepped in and washed all my troubles away. I ended up with an EXCELLENT modification with a 2% interest rate for the life of the loan, an affordable and predictable payment AND.... here's the best part....AND a $150,000 loan reduction!!!! Couldn't ask for anything more and couldn't be happier. I'm gonna refer anyone and everyone looking for a modification to these guys. Thanks soooo much Mike for stepping in and explaining everything to me, and thanks for your patience through the littany of questions I threw at you. 100% SATISFIED!!!!!
