We used Coast 2 Coast to modify our mortgage. It was a lengthy process (almost 5 months due to our mortgage company) but in the end it worked out. Shannon worked closely with us and answered all of our questions. Even after the process was closed she stayed in contact with us to ensure everything was ok and if we had any questions.
