Hollywood fitness is the worst gym I have ever been to. when I went half the machines were either broken or very dirty. the staff was NEVER there at all.. they double charged me on multiple occasions and I had to call several times for them to refund me then when I tried canceling I could only go into the gym to do so but how can I cancel when no one is there? I ended up canceling my card they had on file and to this day they say my account is not closed and I owe a balance. this has has happened to several friends of mine as well
