Leads are not filtered, edited, organized, or formatted in any way. Also, all leads come through in all CAPITALS which is really annoying and obnoxious, given that most sales forces use automates systems that generate pre-populated automated emails, ect. Seriously how difficult can it be to fix. Please, just don't send leads out in all caps. Thanks
