My carpet was in horrible shape, I really thought that I would have to put out the money to get a new one but first I decided in a last ditch effort to try and get it cleaned. I looked up carpet cleaning companies on the internet and came across Clean Dry USA. Having had steam cleaning many times and never being satisified I decided to give the dry method a chance. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday, I was alreadyimpressed when I found out that they worked seven days a week. Anyway the tech shows up and looks at my carpet he took the time to demonstrate the entire proccess to me while explaining it very well. Then once I decided on how many areas I wanted cleaned he began to work, they came in a team of two and worked very efficently. Before I knew it the carpet was done, I waited a few hours for it to dry and now it looks amazing. I really did not think it would be possible to fix my carpets that were an absolute disaster but they were able to the service was timely and courteous. I was so pleasedwith their service that I have recommended them to all my friends.
